Our fees are charged to the original tenant as a service for sublease management. Subtenants pay rent and deposit only.

Fee Transparency: All management fees are itemized in the Tri-Party Agency & Sublet Management Agreement, visible to all parties prior to signing. Synapstay does not charge subtenants any fee beyond the agreed rent and security deposit. Security deposits are handled in compliance with applicable state law limits (e.g., New York RPL: maximum one month's rent).
