Agency Status: Synapstay operates as a trading name of Synapse Global Group Pty Ltd, acting solely as an authorized representative (agent) of original tenants of record. Synapstay does not hold, own, or independently lease any property. All sublease rights derive from the original master lease and documented landlord consent.
US State Compliance: Synapstay coordinates sublease arrangements in compliance with applicable state law, including New York Real Property Law §226-b and California Civil Code §1995.010 et seq. All listed properties have obtained landlord consent in accordance with the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. Prospective tenants are advised to review the master lease provisions applicable to their sublease prior to execution.
Screening & Fair Housing: Tenant screening is conducted in accordance with applicable fair housing laws. Screening criteria are applied uniformly and without discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic under federal or applicable state law.
Dispute Resolution: Stripe payment disputes are handled in accordance with Stripe's standard chargeback process. Tenancy disputes are subject to the governing law provisions of the executed sublease agreement. Synapstay's liability is limited as set out in the Tri-Party Agency Agreement.
